# Accept an invite

> Join a ClinZero workspace after a staff invitation email.

# Accept an invite

Workspace admins invite staff by email. You receive a link that lets you create or link your account and join that hospital.

## Steps

1. Open the invite email and click the invitation link.
2. If you do not have an account yet, set your **name** and **password** (and complete any required profile fields).
3. If you already have an account, sign in when prompted.
4. Confirm the workspace and role shown on the invite.
5. You land in the HMS portal for that workspace.

<Tip>
  Invites can expire or be cancelled by an admin. **Resend** issues a new link — the previous email link stops working. If the link fails, ask them to **resend** the invite from **Users**.

## After you join

* Complete [Profile](/account/profile) and turn on [security](/account/security) (passkeys / 2FA) if your workspace policy requires it.
* Take the in-app **tour** from the user menu if it is offered.
* Your sidebar only shows modules your **role** allows — see [Permissions](/reference/permissions).
