| Term              | Meaning                                                      |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Workspace**     | One hospital or clinic tenant on ClinZero                    |
| **HMS**           | Staff portal for clinical and admin work                     |
| **Patient chart** | Single patient view with linked visits, labs, and documents  |
| **Lab**           | Laboratory location or unit in the workspace                 |
| **Catalog**       | Defined tests and ranges used on reports                     |
| **Lab report**    | Result document (draft → pending sign-off → published)       |
| **Role**          | Named set of permissions for staff                           |
| **Permission**    | Right to use a module (for example Lab management)           |
| **Overview**      | Home dashboard with attention items                          |
| **2FA**           | Two-factor authentication (authenticator app + backup codes) |
| **Passkey**       | Device-based sign-in credential                              |
| **Audit**         | Log of important access and compliance events                |
