Timezone and locale
Set timezone and locale. All portal dates and times (appointments, reports, audit) follow these settings for this workspace.Modules

Maintain the catalog of doctors, hospitals, and companies used on lab reports and patient defaults. Filter by type, add contact details, and for doctors optionally link a workspace member so the same person is not duplicated in the picker. The system Self referral source is seeded for every workspace and cannot be deactivated. Workspace admins can require two-factor authentication for members and set an idle session timeout. Staff see a Still there? countdown before sign-out — see Account security. Also configure:- Inactive patient retention (days) — when set, inactive patients without legal hold may be anonymized after this period
- Audit log retention (years) — how long events stay on the live Audit page (empty = platform default of 6 years). Older entries move to cold archive and leave the live list
- Audit legal hold — pauses audit archiving for the whole workspace. Patient legal hold on a chart only keeps that patient’s Patient audit rows on the live log

Optional Require a passing quality-control run before publish — when on, staff must log a Pass IQC run for tests that have an active control lot before approving reports. Optional Require Pass on all active levels (default off) requires every relevant active lot (L1/L2/L3) for that test to Pass the same day. See Lab quality control.Subscription and invoices

While ClinZero is in beta:- A Beta badge appears in the portal header
- A banner explains that access is free until launch
- Billing shows your plan entitlements and usage limits — not prices, upgrades, or payment methods
After go-live
When your workspace moves to commercial billing:- Trial or paid subscription status appears in Billing
- Workspace owners can upgrade plans and open the payment portal when permitted
