Open app.clinzero.com and sign in with the account your workspace admin created for you.

Email verification

Self-serve signup and new accounts must verify the email address before you can sign in. This protects your workspace from unauthorized access.
  1. After signup you land on Check your email — we have already sent a verification link to your inbox (check spam or promotions if needed).
  2. Open the email from ClinZero and choose Verify email. You can close the verification page at any time; your workspace is saved and the link stays valid.
  3. When verification succeeds, go to Sign in with the same email and password.
  4. If you need another link, use Resend verification email on that page, or return there from sign-in when verification is still pending.
Invited users who accept an invite through a trusted workspace link are verified automatically.

Email and password

  1. Enter your email and password.
  2. If your workspace requires two-factor authentication (2FA), enter the code from your authenticator app or a backup code.
  3. After sign-in, pick a workspace if you belong to more than one.

Passkeys

If you registered a passkey under Profile → Security, you can sign in with that device or security key instead of (or in addition to) a password, depending on how your account is set up.

Forgot password

  1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email and follow the reset link we send.
  3. Set a new password, then sign in again.

Two-factor authentication

Your workspace may require 2FA. See Account security to enable an authenticator app and save backup codes.
If you lose access to your authenticator and backup codes, contact your workspace admin. They cannot read your codes, but they can help with account recovery through ClinZero support if needed.

Scheduled maintenance

Occasionally ClinZero runs planned maintenance.
  • You may see a yellow banner at the top of sign-in or the portal. You can usually keep working. Finish critical lab publishes and other important work before the window when a time is shown.
  • You can dismiss the banner for the current browser session. A compact Scheduled maintenance bar (or a construction icon in the portal header) stays available — choose Show details or the icon anytime to read the notice again.
  • When soft maintenance starts while you are signed in, a short toast may appear once so you do not miss it.
  • During a full cutover you may see a full-page Maintenance in progress message instead of the sign-in form. Use Try again after the window ends, or wait for the page to refresh automatically.
We restore access as soon as the work finishes.
