Permissions

Access is granted by role inside a workspace, not by a global job title alone.

How it works

Your workspace admin assigns you a role.
The role includes permissions such as Patient records, Appointments, Lab management, and so on.
The sidebar and pages only show what that role allows.
Workspace module toggles can hide a feature for everyone even if the role includes it.

Exact names and access levels (read vs manage) are defined in Roles & access.

ClinZero platform operators may have elevated access for support. That is separate from your hospital role.
