Typical chart sections (visibility depends on permissions and data):- Demographics — identity, contacts, photo
- Appointments — visits linked to this patient
- Lab reports — laboratory results for this patient
- Clinical documents — notes and referrals
- Print chart — print-friendly summary when available
Link work to the chart
When you book an appointment, create a lab report, or add a clinical document, you can link it to this patient so everything stays on one chart.Archived in this workspace
If the patient was removed from the workspace, the chart shows an archived in this workspace banner. Choose Restore patient (when you have update permission) to mark the membership active again. History such as lab reports remains on the chart.Tips
- Use search from Patient records if you opened the wrong chart.
- Dates and times use your workspace timezone.
