Workspaces

A workspace is one hospital or clinic on ClinZero. Your account can belong to several workspaces, each with its own patients, lab data, and role.

Switch workspace

  1. Open the workspace switcher in the sidebar (shows the current hospital name).
  2. Choose another workspace you belong to.
  3. The portal reloads with that hospital’s data and your role there.
Dates and times follow each workspace’s timezone and locale (set under Workspace settings).

Roles per workspace

Your role (for example doctor, receptionist, lab tech, admin) is per workspace. Permissions in one hospital do not automatically apply in another. See Roles and access and Permissions.

What stays the same

  • Your profile, password, passkeys, and 2FA are tied to your person account.
  • Sessions and devices are managed under Profile → Security.
