The left sidebar lists modules your role can open:
  • Overview — dashboard and attention items
  • Patient records, Appointments, Laboratory, Clinical documents
  • Roles & access, Users, Workspace settings, Audit (admin-oriented)
Items you cannot access are hidden. Modules marked coming soon (for example Admissions) are not shown in the sidebar until they ship — see Coming soon.

Command palette

Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to search pages and jump quickly. Typed queries also surface patients, appointments, lab reports, and staff when your role allows — closer matches appear first.

User menu

Open your avatar / name menu for:
  • Docs — opens the ClinZero user guide (this site) in a new tab
  • Feedback — opens the public feedback and roadmap portal (Featurebase) in a new tab
  • Profile
  • Take a tour (restart onboarding tips for the current area)
  • Theme (light / dark)
  • Sign out
You can also open Docs and Feedback from the command palette (⌘K / Ctrl+K).

Theme

Use the theme control in the header or user menu to switch light and dark mode. Preference is stored for your browser.

Overview home

The Overview page shows today’s schedule highlights, lab attention (pending sign-off, setup), and admin setup tips when relevant. Cards respect your permissions.
